2019 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

STEP ONE: Preview the registration options:

LODGING OPTIONS:

  • American Baptist College Stay on campus at the the newly renovated Griggs Hall. All rooms are dormitory style rooms with shared bath. Recreation and social lounge.
  • Since most rooms on campus are double occupancy, we ask participants who want to stay on campus to share a double room.
  • Participants who would like to stay on campus, but prefer a single occupancy room on campus, contact Suella Gerber at  suellalehman@gmail.com. All rooms have shared bath.
  • For rooms with private bath, see Nearby Hotels. Please register as a commuter (below).

ON CAMPUS LODGING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Program Registration (June 17-20). Includes all conference sessions [view schedule].
  • Double Occupancy Dormitory Room Griggs Hall (shared bath) for 3 nights (June 17, 18, 19).
  • Single Occupancy Dormitory Rooms Griggs Hall (shared bath) for 3 nights (June 17, 18, 19). Due to limited availability, requests for single rooms must be made using REGISTER BY MAIL or REGISTER NOW & PAY AT THE DOOR.
  • 8 Meals: Monday night dinner (June 17) + (June 18, breakfast, lunch & dinner; June 19, breakfast, lunch & dinner; and June 20, breakfast).
  • Registration Fee: $485.00 double / $545 single 

COMMUTER PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Program Registration (June 17-20). Includes all conference sessions [view schedule].
  • 8 Meals: Monday night dinner (June 17) + (June 18, breakfast, lunch & dinner; June 19, breakfast, lunch & dinner; and June 20, breakfast).
  • Registration Fee: $275.00 

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES (optional):

Please consider joining Theology & Peace. Support Our Work  and Our Vision. Help guide our organization. All members are encouraged to attend our annual business meeting held at the annual conference. At our annual business meeting we elect members to the board of directors, vote on changes to our bylaws, and discuss future directions for Theology & Peace. Choose the dues option that fits your budget:

  • Membership Dues Option 1 = $25.00
  • Membership Dues Option 2 = $50.00

CONTRIBUTE TO THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND (optional):

Please donate $50.00 to the fund which provides reduced fees for conference attendance.

STEP THREE: For those who would like assistance with conference costs, please request a scholarship.

APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP:

  • Select REGISTER NOW & PAY AT THE DOOR [STEP TWO]
  • Follow the directions for completing the registration form and the scholarship form.
  • We will review your request and provide you with an email notification of the award.
  • Upon arrival at the conference you will be responsible for any balance not covered by the scholarship, payable by check or credit card.
